Great food. Very busy for a reason. It's not a quick in and out for lunch. It's worth the time.
A decently prepared, and tasty example of Chicken Larb was ruined by a unacceptable wait for food after ordering and a missing meal for one in our party. Ration your beverages, as you are unlikely to get more to drink, especially when you need it.
Great food but don't go here if you're on a time crunch. Downtown worker and consistently wait 1 hour for my coworker and I to get our fried rice. They are understaffed and cannot handle the downtown lunch rush. I've also gone here during non peak hours and the wait is a little long still.
My wife and I really enjoyed Thai Smile! HUGE portions make up for the price ($10-15 per person). Those with a sensitive tongue beware - they don't kid around with their spices! They also have some of the best curry I've ever tried. I've seen some reviews about poor service, but that wasn't our experience at all. Went in at 6:00pm and were greeted and waited on immediately. We had a friendly server, too.
Unfortunately this may be the last time I spend my time and money at Thai Smile.
My meal was cold, but otherwise pleasant.
I no longer live in Chattanooga but occasionally get back to visit, and this place is usually on the top of my list for places to grab a lunch or dinner. I usually try something new for an entree, but am addicted to the Tom ka gai soup and the spring rolls. Absolutely delectable. Good service. Highly recommend.
