I ordered something pretty simple and they managed to get it wrong. Just wanted a couple grilled chicken sandwiches with no tomatoes. I got a cheeseburger and one grilled chicken sandwich WITH tomatoes. Seriously?
Instead of rushing me through the drive through as fast as possible, maybe take 30 extra seconds to check my order. And of course, my receipt had the right order on it, so someone else probably ended up with the wrong order as well.
I love Wendy's and once met Dave Thomas. I am a big fan of the 4 x 4 promotion. I go out of my way to eat at Wendy's because of the baked potato. Every Wendy's I go to will substitute the deep fried fries for a baked potato,. This Wendy's often gives me a hard time. It's the same noney. Substitute the baked potato. Why not make a happy customer? ??
It's a Wendy's. They have good frosties and burgers. They have one of those Coke machines that has lots of flavors.
Apparently, it was foolish of me to trust that my order was correct. And of course I had to be back at work, so I definitely didn't have time to go back.
Don't go to this Wendy's! There is a reason it has bad reviews. I would give it zero stars if that was an option. I definitely won't ever be returning to this Wendy's and I'm not likely to go to any other.
Good Wendy’s location. Usually really busy around lunch time. Fast friendly service. Food presentation could use a little work at times, but is usually pretty good.
Everytime I come through the drive thru late night, I never get what I ordered. I requested for both of my chicken combos to be cooked fresh up out the grease anf neither one was cooked fresh. Instead I got two chicken patties that were already sitting in the warmer. My fries were very cold. I will not be visiting this location again during late night hours. I've called several times trying to reach a manger at this location and I keep recieving a voicemail.
