dont let the selection of sporty cars fool you, all the cars i looked at had 180,000+ miles and something broke on each one during a test drive. they take crap cars and give them a quick fix that masks the problems. i looked at a civic, a prelude, and an infinity. the infinity had a bad transmission and he wanted $3600 cash for it. the civic acted like it had vtec even though it wasnt a vtec head. it felt like vtec kicked in around 4k and when it shifted the check engine light came on and it wouldnt rev past 3k. i let the motor warm up before taking it up to redline (which im really glad i did otherwise i might have bought it). after i parked it they went to move it and the engine flooded and wouldnt start, the mechanic mentioned that the other civic i was going to try did the same thing earlier in the week. i didnt even test drive the prelude because after sitting idle for 2 minutes i noticed the idle started to bounce indicating that it needed an idle air controller. there was also a mustang in the lot i looked at that they said had a corvette motor in it. popped the hood to see the factory mustang motor sitting there. do yourself a favor and avoid this stealership like the plague. sure you can say it was just bad luck with those 5 cars but what are the chances that i looked at the only 5 bad cars?
