Lies. First they say I can use car as trade in value. I clean it out then they said pick it up Saturday,and give me a ride there. I get call back saying maybe next week to get car,they are hey say call a taxi to get here. We will reimburse you,lies. 33 dollars for ride ther. Never got reimburse. I don't hear good, people talking so loud in there when I'm on cell phone trying to get lease and land lord info. They expect me to remember numbers from 10 years ago. When they say only check stub and license needed. Cost 23 more dollars to get ride back. 56 dollars and rude service. Never reimburse.
Heather at the Chattanooga location was absolutely the best!! She is really friendly and very helpful. I have told other people I know if they need a car go talk to her. She's the best.
I absolutely LOVED the staff here. I just signed off on my 3rd car with EASY AUTO! The first two cars were the best cars I've ever owned ! Being my third time choosing easy auto from the moment I searched the inventory online Blaine was on it! He messaged me right away and tried his very best with so much patience to get me in the car I wanted ! When I first went there to look at cars Blaine wasn't there but we were greeted by Heather who was also AMAZING my three year old held her hand and walked with her right away as we looked at vehicles. We did not get to finish our paperwork that day since it was late but they let us drive a FORD EDGE home with us and come back the next day to finish up . We ended up not choosing the Edge but Blaine helped us choose and test drive many cars of our choice and he made sure the car I wanted he got us a good payment deal that worked within our budget! The entire time we were there through the whole process the whole team enjoyed our children, gave my daughter coloring books and Heather actually sat down and played with my daughter with the toys they had there while we filed out the paper work. It was truly an amazing experience and I can not thank these guys enough they have really helped me and my family more then they will ever truly know. How badly we needed this car and they were there to help us
