As usual.my wife took our car in for an oil change and tire rotation while visiting with the GRANDBABIES. She said she was treated like a queen. We drive over an hour for this due to their AWESOME hospitality and courtesy.
Dustin was amazing he worked with my frustration and found the problem. He went way beyond expectations. I have never ever dealt with such a professional person. I didn’t have to call and check on my car once he was always calling me before I would call him. You just have to know me I am really always frustrated when putting my car in the shop and you all had it for about a week and a half. He kept me informed of what step y’all were on with repairs. It was just awesome to deal with someone like that. I thought he was just nice to me because I was special lol but then another customer came in while I was waiting and that same beautiful spirit showed up and greeted her as well. I always get great service with you all. I did not buy my car from integrity and I could have went to the dealership and saved 50 bucks but I rather get the honesty and professionalism I get at integrity and pay for it. Hands down another great experience.
Amazing service. I absolutely love Bridget. She sold me the best car at a great price, even fixing the rims on it to make it even more beautiful. I'm blessed I have met the best car dealership sales person in Chattanooga!

If i could give zero Stars i would! The service writer Joel told me because my vehicle had a branded title they didn’t want to work on my vehicle which was recently made as a decision by his manager Jesse i find this to be extremely an odd decision because i have 2 friends who get there vehicles service regularly with Integrity GMC Buick Cadillac, well i definitely won’t do business with such a company any more!! Such a horrible choice of judgement
