Tried to trade in our car for a newer Kia, already had our finances worked out through our bank and were ready to buy. All we had to do was sign the papers and the check. However our bank, Navy Federal, does things differently. When we tried explaining that to the guy who does their finances, he just wasn’t understanding. We even had directions for him to read and understand how to process the check. He somehow had it in his mind that he was supposed to take care of the payoff amount even though we explained to him numerous times that Navy Fed doesn't do it that way. Anyways, they lost a sale due to his poor listening skills and condescending attitude. We ended up buying the exact same car from 423wholesalers, who were smart enough to actually read the directions.
As my wife & I walked up to the door, Hank opened it from the inside and greeted us warmly! He showed us the vehicle we had looked at on the Internet. He took the time to show and explain all the controls and then we took a test drive. It was a great purchasing experience. All the Kia of Chattanooga staff involved treated us so well. Thank you all & a special thanks to Hank!!

We had a very good car buying experience today. I did my homework online before I went in. I talked to Jake on the phone before hand to let him know which car and we wanted. Jake was thorough and did not try to add things on to up the price to try to get us to a more expensive vehicle. Jake took his time showing my non-tech wife how to set up the phone and the buttons.
