My wife and I recently traded our Volvo XC 60 for a new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. We couldn't believe the amount of extra features this vehicle had at a lesser cost. Our salesperson, Jerry Eddy, did an outstanding job explaining the features of the Santa Fe and helped us work a good trade. I was even more impressed by the fact that he took extra time to work with my wife (this is her car) in setting the car up for her preferences. I heartily recommend Long Hyundai and commend Jerry for his excellent service.
I was in town visiting a friend and needed an oil change before driving the 7 hour trip back home to Missouri. I called Long Hyundai to see if they could get me in that day and they said they could! When I arrived, I was able to hand my keys over for them to get the job done right away. I had forgotten to let them know of the need to put full synthetic oil in my car, but when I told them probably 20 min after handing the keys off - they were able to switch what they were doing and get what I needed! Very grateful. Took longer than expected for the oil change, as they had told me 30-45 min and I was there for 2 hours, but considering the change in type of oil, they still got the job done.

Could not have asked for more. First of all I just showed up at the service area out of the blue with no appointment in the middle of the day. Was this a problem to them n? No it wasn't. They took me right in and performed all that I asked. They were very pleasant and professional. When I was handed the bill I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I will be back again and if anyone asks me where to take their car, I'll send them to LONG!! By the way, hats off to Brant.
