Made an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter change. Service only changed the oil and did tire rotation and said everything else looked good. They paid no attention to the fact that there were messages on the dash for low coolant level or fuel filter life being low. They also ignored my initial request to change the oil filter. I called the dealership to ask why my fuel filter was not changed and the service manager tried to tell me that message was for the Diesel Exhaust Fluid. I tried to correct him and he acted clueless like he had no idea what a fuel filter was. Upon arrival back at the dealership, I showed him the dash display and he was still clueless saying it was the DEF level. Finally a service tech came out and explained to him that the fuel filter had to be replaced. The dealership had no fuel filters in stock so I had to sit and wait while they got one in. Then they said I was ready to go and still paid no attention to the low coolant level. Pretty bad when the service/parts manager knows absolutely nothing about a maintenance part on a chevrolet vehicle.
I am a long time customer at Mountain View Chevrolet….. I recently took my 2017 Tahoe to get a minor issue fixed on 12/9/17. My Service Advisor Jonathan had a horrible attitude…. Never called me to give me a status on my vehicle…. And he never returned my calls. When I got to the dealer… Jonathan was very rude… And basically told me he was busy. To make things worst, Jonathan lost the keys to my vehicle. Never bothered to tell me but after waiting 50 minutes… I asked the cashier whom informed me of the issue with my keys. After an hour… the keys were found but Jonathan never said sorry for the trouble. Next time I will drive my vehicle to another dealership to get serviced. Jonathan is not a friendly individual and I don't need him giving attitude to my son whom was with me during this bad experience.

One of the Best experiences that we have had at a dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Mountain View Chevrolet. The service department at Mtn View Chevrolet is amazing! I had an issue with my car right before the holidays, and I was afraid it was going to eat up my whole Christmas budget. Instead, I was informed that most of it was covered under warranty, and that they could provide me a loaner car while they fixed it! Everyone there was so kind and accommodating, even sympathetic when I had to return the loaner car late due to an unexpected ER visit with my child. I could not have asked for better service, better people, or a better price! Thank you Craig, and everyone that worked on my car!

I worked with Jeff Honeycutt who was super helpful and had terrific communication with me on replacing my CD radio. I took in my car on one day and only had to wait 45 minutes or less. They took care of a recall and ordered the replacement CD player Radio which arrived the next day. I took it in today and was there for maybe an hour max. I did not have an appointment when I took it in today so I was amazed I did not have to wait longer. 3 days and the problem has been solved I'm very happy with the service.
