Service department is great... When you can get them to actually call you back.. 9 times out of 10, none of the services advisers are "at their desks," even though when you drive by there, they are all standing... at their desks... Good luck getting one of them to return your call by voicemail left.. Have left 3 now in 2 weeks with not one returned.. Want a call returned???? Ask to speak to the service manager..

Update... So tried to give them my service again.. Again, Troy never felt the need to return my call.. Dropped my vehicle Early Thursday morning, now Friday at nearly 7pm and I have no idea what is wrong with my car, nor after several attempts could I get someone to assist me. Will be picking my car up first thing tomorrow and never, visiting this sham of a "service" center again.
I bought a Mercury Milan and I have had so many issues ... the transmission within the first 2weeks... the full bottle throttle ... which had a recall.. the lug nuts on the tire.. took it in and they said everything was fine... now my tire light stays on... and the tire is scrubbing... recall on the gas tank .. took it in ... they said everything was fine now my light is on saying the seal on the gas tank needs to be replaced .. why not just replace the part in the recall.. I can not keep taking off from work to keep taking my car to the shop ... and the last time I called they were saying I may have to pay a service charge... for a recall... I think not... hopefully when I call today I can have everything taking care of without me having to worrying about my tire flying off and the gas tank exploding .... people are very nice but the service on the other hand is not so professional...
