The only suggestion I have that would have made my experience perfect would have been to send me out with a full tank of gas. As it was, it was necessary to stop for gas, as the fuel was below the 1/4 tank mark.
They have a very nice lounge to sit in when you drop your vehicle off for service, where they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. Wait times are usually reasonably quick.
Salesperson was helpful. Although, they advertise a used car online for a certain price. I get there and they say the price would be double, because it needed to be fixed. Then they tell me that even with the fixes that they had planned, that it doesnt necessarily mean that it would make the engine light turn off. Then they say a 599$ doc fee would apply. So i go in for a 2500$ car...they double the price...add another 599$...and after that, the car still cant be registered because it wont pass emissions. A 6 thousand dollar plus car, that you cant register.
Shopping for a vehicle forr my wife with plenty of room for cargo/groceries and easy access as well as with good visibility. The atlas fit the bill
