Do NOT use this practice. They were not kind to my elderly father and had zero respect for him. He was made to wait for 2 1/2 hours when he arrived early for his appointment and then they laughed at him when he asked about it. We have also called them repeatedly for assistance and no one will ever return our calls. They do not care about their patients.

I have been going to this group for years and love them. They are not accepting medicare patients anymore though.
I've had horrible experiences with this office. The dr I saw did not have very good bed side manner and talked to me as if I didn't understand my own body and what I was experiencing. I received a dx that didn't seem to fit, I left feeling frustrated because it seemed the dr jumped to a diagnosis and never really listened. I sought out a 2nd opinion at a different office where I received a diagnosis that fit my symptoms, bloodwork, and family history. The medication I'm on now has changed my life. The 2nd half of the horrible experiences with this office is I can NEVER get someone on the phone to pay the bill. I called several times over the past 2 months trying to pay the last part of my bill and they won't answer the phone or return my calls. I have phone records to back this. I've sent a MO with signature confirmation which they haven't cashed. Now they've sent letters threatening collections. I've paid over $600 out of pocket to this office for 2 dr's visits. Today was the last straw. Either take my payment or don't, for an office that wants to get paid you need to work on your phone answering and returning phone call skills.
Dr. Elliott is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met, including staying involved in my care when we relocated to Florida, providing much needed written and oral communication with my new doctor's. His fast, accurate diagnosis of my problem led to aggessive and effective treatment and got me on the road to recovery quickly. His bedside manner is outstanding .
