They don't do what is in the best interest of the patient but in the best interest of themselves. They would rather a patient not get an injection rather than send them to a facility other than there own. I don't recommend them. The scheduler is very rude when you are trying to explain things so don't waste your time. Read your paperwork too because it now says they can put cameras in patient rooms.....apparently that is what you get now that they are part of Erlanger.
The only reason we went to a walk-in clinic is because it is what the weekend physician suggested. It is, by far, the worst experience we have ever had and I would not recommend it to anyone unless you sincerely enjoy waiting. As with any walk-in clinic, I would expect to wait 1-2 hours and maybe even 3 hours max. After a 5 1/2 hour wait we were able to be seen. The staff did not care at all how long we had been waiting so it did not do any good to complain.
This is a fantastic place. Dr J Bruce has a great bedside manner: he listens to the patient and answers questions. He is very efficient. I arrived a little early and was taken in early and my whole visit with history taken by the nurse, radiographs, consultation with Dr Bruce and treatment lasted 40 minutes. The staff is very pleasant and smiling. I usually do not enjoy any doctor's visit but this was one of the best I have had. I would recommend this place and Dr Bruce to anyone.
