At 10:10, I was taken into an examination room.
The staff is great but they really screwed up the incision on my wife when removing her mole. The stitching left large scars and the scar is not healing well. It itches her terribly and still bothering her after 6 months. We have done everything they instructed but it is not getting better.
There are plenty of doctors in Chattanooga and even more nurse practitioners. I'll find a company that puts the patients first.
Dr Tusa is the best skin cancer doctor ever. He cares about the patients and spends plenty of time and effort to make sure for the best care you can imagine. I hope he has a long career in Chattanooga, we need doctors like him.
Where besides a doctor's office would you wait for over an hour?
As consumers of medical services, we've allowed ourselves to accept horrible customer service.
At 10:30, I had still not seen Phil, the nurse practitioner, with whom I had an appointment.
Seventy minutes of waiting is long enough. I left.
I believe doctors made house calls for my grandparents generation. Now many doctors never even apologize when you see them one hour or longer after your appointment time.
A few years ago, I had a positive experience with the Chatttanooga Skin & Cancer Clinic. Today, I did not. My appointment was at 9:20 am. I arrived at 9:00 and completed the paperwork.
Just left the Doctors office having been treated for a number of non cancerous locations on arms and back. Earlier this year it was a little more intense. Bottom line Philip Andrews is superb, caring and excellent! I thot I had a very bad spot on my back. He discerned my fear and killed it, my fear and then froze the little begger off my back. Dr. Andrews is AWESOME! The only reason why this is not a 5 star review is due to the wait time. I will say that the service is worth the wait though!
