They were great. My son built his own computer but it didn't work. When I took it to Aspire they said they would need to charge $60 to analyze it, which sounded very reasonable. They took it apart and found the motherboard was broken. They waved the $60 as they felt sorry that my sons computer wasn't working. I insisted to pay them but they said no. These guys are amazing. I will definately go back to them for any computer issues.
