Had a small issue with my smartphone ID chip, and staff was extremely polite and helpful. Went early and was greeted immediately, and then had under a two minute wait. Had time to talk tech with the employee (wish I remembered his name, he was very accommodating and it seemed like enjoyed his job, very nice guy) after being helped. Great service with a smile for Saturday AM! Hixson store also has awesome people. One reason why I especially dig AT&T is the customer service!
called at 9:15 on monday morning to confirm they had the phone i planned to purchase and to check the wait time...i was assured that there wasn't a soul in there and would be in and out quickly(as i had a time constraint). when i arrived 15 minutes later, i was told it would be just a few minutes. sat there for half an hour waiting and watching as 2 of the 4 reps there pushed some ridiculous cable package on a a very elderly lady who was clearly there just to ask a question about her bill. disgusting. When i questioned my wait time was told there were still people in line in front of me in the "Empty...just crickets" store. I suppose they meant empty of service rather than customers.
I am no longer a customer, but not because of this store! The staff was friendly and helpful and did their very best to solve every problem, regardless of if they were ready to go home! I don't recommend AT&T's service, but I would recommend the staff that works here!
I was also told by one of Mark's coworkers at the AT&T Store, "Yeah, Mark's like that. Sometimes he doesn't even show up for his shifts at work."
Unfortunately, Mark does not follow through with his commitment to help after you walk out the doors of the AT&T Store. I have left numerous voicemails for him and never got a phone call back.
I have be assisted by Mark Beaver during my last two visits. Both times he was happy to help me purchase new products. He also gave me his business card so I could call him if I had any questions about my new phone or apple watch.
Took about an hour to be seen at gunbarrel location. but customer service was great! Call or schedule an appointment online for quicker service
Apparently, Mark is helpful to his friends though, a college student I work with informed me that "Mark's my friend Jesse's friend and he always hooks me up." I guess strangers don't get the friend-of-a-friend discount.
I won't be doing any future business at the AT&T Store on Gunbarrel Road and I cannot recommend Mark as a salesperson to anyone.
