Great when I find what I'm looking for, but this location almost always doesn't have stock and refers me to the Hamilton Place location. Check online before leaving to see if they have what you want in stock.
The customer service was great at this Best Buy, but their product availability and store showroom was very tiny. It was the smallest Best Buy I have ever seen! I could not find many options for cinema supplies and even minimal recording/microphone options. They told me this is more like our neighborhood Best Buy. All in all, it’s a great place if you have something The is pretty known to be at Best Buy, but if you are looking for more specifics, I recommend calling the store first or checking online!

The worst customer service, and I've traveled all over the United States. It is a large store, and the only nice person there is named D, can't remember whole name. The other employees are not very knowledgeable about their products, and get annoyed when you ask for help. I actually returned an $1100 laptop because their support people wouldn't help me set up my laptop, even though I paid an extra 300 to geek squad. Store has potential, just need better employees, and more knowledgeable staff.
The employees are super helpful and dont mind going out of their way to find somwthing for you.
