i spent two days trying to get my phone fixed... was impressed that Jeff tried to fix something he admitted he might have broken. my phone was working when I walked into this store........they said my phone was gone . my son in law questioned this... they told him that there was no proof my phone was working... my word against theirs. I am a 70 year old grandmother......I do not have a phone...I have health issues. I only do business with honest people... maybe you should too.
If I had to do it all over again, I would use them again...highly recommended!
A couple of days ago I brought my Note 5 in for a battery replacement. I just stopped in, did not have an appointment. They took the phone and were able to immediately start work on it, with a non-removable back and due to having to remove phone components to get access to the battery, they had quoted me 60 to 90 minutes before I should check back for the job to be completed. At one hour on the dot, stopped by the store to check on the status and the tech was just finishing the job and powering the phone back up. Not only did they complete the repair/replacement in a shorter amount of time than I expected, they also didn't leave a trace visible to the naked eye that they had opened up the phone. Very good workmanship.
Very courteous service. Offered to change my car battery in the parking lot onsite but I couldn't let the pretty young lady who waited on me do that so I changed it myself, lol. Great service at a fair price, I will visit the store again when I'm in need of their products. Thanks!!
What a great experience I had, all around. The online shopping was simple and showed current inventory at my local store. I saved 10% by ordering online for in-store pick-up, and that’s always a plus.
The email communication confirming my order was very quick. I shortly thereafter received the email that my order was ready. Pick-up instructions were thorough and clear.
When I got to the store, I was greeted right away by a very friendly young lady who found my purchase quickly. She also explained that I could save more in my next purchase of the CR123 batteries if I went for a larger pack. She also took the time to show me around the light bulb selection, which is extensive. They had all the little specialty bulbs that I have a hard time finding. I look forward to my next visit, which will be soon, no doubt.
