I value being able to walk into a store and get great advice and that's what I feel Game Stop offers. I've gone to this chain for years and every sales person I've ever met has helped point me in the direction of finding products that work for me (versus selling me something because it's more profitable to the store). Once I had trouble with a game controller communicating with the computer. At first they gave me some advice for getting it to work, but when I still had trouble they asked me to bring the controller back and to go with a different one - and this time the new controller worked perfectly. That willingness to help me troubleshoot and come up with solutions is something you can't get online. I feel Game Stop is dedicated to helping customers have a great experience and that's why I keep going back and purchasing products from them.
Went to get my Nephew characters for PS4 Lego Dimensions, great staff, my nephew gives this place 10 stars.
