Worst customer service ive ever expierenced. Only giving them one star because there isnt negative star options. I purchased two recliners from them one year ago next month. I paid off one of them in full in the beginning of Feburary and the following day it began to break. I called Buddy's since it was still under warranty and they sent some meathead out who just looked at it and pushed on the bent piece with his thumb and said it was fixed. When it unsuprisingly broke more I called them agian and found out the first blockhead who took pictures to document it never gave them to the store and was fired so they had no clue so they sent more guys out who didnt do much of anything and became excuse after excuse with consantly different people we were talking too until they finally sent out an actual furniture repairman who began fixing it and when he went to put the new frame on it turned out they ordered the wrong frame and blamed us for it despite I physicallly flipped the chair over and personally sent photos of the damage to them. The chair at that point had to sit in pieces for 3 weeks until the repairman could get the proper frame to attach to it. The chair is finally fixed 4mths later and when we asked about the composation we were assured they tried saying that moving our payment on the other chair half a month is compisation. Do not go here they are a scumlord of furniture retailers.
