Just like any other Guitar Center, except I felt that the staff was checking on us a lot. They were really nice, but after a while it felt as if we were being babysat. Great selection of instruments to play/try as well as equipment.
Bought a new Taylor back in November, the staff was great. I recommend going during the week as the weekends can be a bit too much to handle if you’re serious about buying gear.
With the guitar in the store under my name and me being out of the area for work, I was feeling pretty hopeless. I called the manager and he was amazing. He was careful to verify the purchase of course, but he worked through the problem and found a solution so that it could be picked up in time. On top of that he was friendly, apologetic and eager to find a way to make this work. When the recipient showed up to pick up the gift he made a nice show of bringing it out and presenting it. Its hard to be away from loved ones on an anniversary. David helped make that day special. Customer service is not about products and purchases and money. It is about people. On the surface he could have just seen this as any old guitar purchase, one of many that are made each day. He correctly saw that this was about two people celebrating an anniversary. And he made it happen. Thank You.
Wonderful customer service!! Was there and every employee spoke to us and asked if we needed anything. Dealt with Alex a lot tonight. He was amazing!!! Super nice guy and he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great! Love this store and will definitely be back!

Very awesome and friendly service! We made a mistake but the Store Manager, Matt, went out of his way to help us. We really highly recommend this store. We have bought one guitar and will be going back to buy a second one for our nephew. Because of this store, my husband is now back to playing guitar! We are very excited about this place and will be going back to buy more music instruments when our baby is older.
I had a pretty rough time ordering a guitar from the corporate online website. I ordered a nice guitar as an anniversary gift with 2 weeks lead-time. The guitar was to be delivered to the store to be picked up as an anniversary gift. Corporate wanted to fraud check (which is understandable for a large purchase). This is where things started to break down. Corporate put the guitar on hold waited about 5 days to decide to contact me to verify. After a silly verification process they took the hold off and mailed the guitar slow-boat to the store. Once it arrived at, they had taken the other persons name off the order and said "only you can pick it up because it is from your credit card." I understand the need to be careful, but I had put his other persons name on the order and had reiterated during the fraud check that I was not going to pick it up. Apparently part of their fraud prevention included taking other peoples names off of the order even though I specified multiple times it was a gift. Corporate was so rigid and inflexible that I thought this anniversary gift was going to be ruined. Even after multiple long calls and they would not allow this person to be added back on the order.
