SPRINT is by far and without any doubt, the absolutely worst customer experience I have ever had the displeasure of having to pay for.
I understand that to Sprint, I’m only one brick in their structure, but I’m now here to remind them that even the Great Walls of Jericho fell, but one brick at a time.

Today I was placed on forever hold 3 times, accumulating for more than 70 minutes of my Sunday just to verify an account number. So, to show my commitment to idea of free commerce, I’m now telling Sprint to cancel all of my accounts, and I’m telling all 3,000 of you.
