The staff is terrible!!! Horrible experience!!!!!
office was dirty. I think the Dr. lives there. staff not helpful at all, waited 6 weeks for the c pap and then found out the paperwork wasnt sent in with the Dr. signature. Patient has to do all the work for medicaid. dont wast your time.
I did not enjoy my experience at their Chattanooga office. First appt. wait for an hour just to get my vitals and weight checked. While consulting with Dr. Guan, I guess the shareholders came in and I was rushed out...guess my health wasn't as important. He scheduled me to get a CT scan and my insurance needed some clarifications, it has bee almost a month and he has not contacted them. I would never recommend this office to anyone. I am looking for another doctor.
