Dr. Tom and his nurses, Kim and Gina especially, are amazing. The wait time can be long but they are helping sick children so I understand.
They are always nice and patient. The wait sucks but they are great nurses and doctors!
We see wendy and she is amazing! The office staff is always friendly and we never have to wait very long.
So this practice decided to lower my daughters adhd medicine without consulting with us , when we called back to get the prescription fixed they said she has to come back for a evaluation, i feel like this practice needs a reality check cause we won't be back since they think its okay to cut the dose and possibly cause my daughter to have more issues , i would not recommend this practice even with newborns as well they seem to know what your child needs more than you the parent does.
We love Dr. Tom and the nursing staff. They are willing to go above and beyond to get your little ones on track physically and emotionally. Respect and kindness go a long way.
