Our recent visit to PM pediatrics was today November 29, 2017. Our wait was 5 mins, we were in and out of there in 30 minutes. Our first visit in 2015 was a very very long wait but pleasant experience with the staff. Every staff we have encountered has been super courteous and sweet, occasionally we see ones that recognize the kids. Since the introduction of reserve my spot, visits has been pretty good. Much shorter wait and less fussy kids screaming in the waiting room. When you are not able to get off and you have a sick kid, we choose to use PM Pediatrics. Reserve your spot before walking in!

It’s a wonderful service that allows access to pediatricians after hours and on the weekends. The first time I went I didn’t know I could sign in online and I waited about an hour and a half in the main lobby, and about 15 minutes in the back room. Today when I went I signed in online to skip the wait or at least cut down on the wait time. When signing in online my “appointment” time was 7:02, I arrived at 6:40 and the place was packed. I was so happy I signed in online! And then I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited some more... I didn’t get called back until just after 8pm, once everyone that was there before me had already gone back. I don’t understand how I signed in online where it said “save time, skip the wait sign in online” and it did absolutely nothing. Now once we were in the back we were seen right away. The staff is very friendly and they are open when you need them. Kids don’t get sick between the hours of 9-5, I love that pm pediatrics is available to meet the needs of families in the area. I will continue to use them each and every time I feel I need to get my kids seen and their regular doctors office is closed.
