I visited here a month ago to have, what turned out to be, a benign cyst removed. I was seen right away, and the staff was very friendly. They gave me instructions on how to keep the stitches clean and saw me a week later to have them removed. It has since fully healed with no scarring, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting something checked out or cosmetic dermatology work done in the Chattanooga/Hixson area.
I've been here twice. The main dermatologist has the most annoying condescending baby voice when discussing your condition with you. I don't have the most disfigured skin in the world but I was seen for two conditions and she acted like I was making it up. Awful place.
They have been very good throughout my time here. Always very quick to get me in and out.

My appt was at 9am and I was out of there by 9:25. Ashley removed my skin tag. She was very polite and professional and explained the care instruction sheet. All the staff was very professional. I would definitely recommend them. I also liked the fact that the complex is a 1 story building, flat level, with single door access to each business. No long walking or climbing stairs.
